State Legal Services Authority in its letter ROC No. 49-E1/APSLSA/LSW/2022, dt.21.02.2026. Educational Qualifications: ualifications: Must be practice in Criminal in Law for at least 7 years, Excellent oral and Written communication skills, Skill in Legal Research, Excellent understanding of Criminal Law, Thorough understanding of ethical duties of a Defence counsel. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others with capability to lead. Must have handled at least 20 Criminal Trails in Sessions Court. IT Knowledge with proficiency in work. Work Performance: METHOD OF RECRUITMENT Selection to the post notified will be made only on temporary basis and can be terminated if they found incline in which point of time or if their work for the purpose is found unsatisfactory.
