Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th) under 10+2 system with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board, as on 21 August 2026.
- Technical Qualification: ITI certificate in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT), as per Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Special Trades: For Laboratory Technician (Pathology) – 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (50% in 10th & 12th). For Secretarial Assistant – National Trade Certificate (NTC). For Computer Operator – board-based basic training in IT sector with NTC.
- Not Eligible: Engineering graduates/diploma holders, those with awaited results, or failed ITI.
Age Limit (as on 15 September 2026)
- General: 15 to 24 years.
- SC/ST: Upper age relaxation of 5 years (up to 29 years).
- OBC: Upper age relaxation of 3 years (up to 27 years).
- PwBD: Upper age relaxation of 10 years.
- Ex-Servicemen: Additional 10 years + 3 years, subject to minimum 6 months of service.
