Educational Qualification: MS/MD
1. Post Name:ย Adjunct Faculty/ Visiting Faculty
2.ย Essential for Medical Candidates:
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part l of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (Holders of educational qualifications included in Part of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the said Act); andla
(ii) A post graduate qualification equivalent to MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/allied discipline and above.
3.ย Experience: Eight years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG Degree.
4.ย Scope of work: Each visiting faculty will be required to conduct one session of3 hours duration. The Visiting Faculty shall not be involved in the routine administrative work of the department and shall not replace the roles and responsibilities of the full-time faculty in the department.
5.ย The experience should be recognized by the Medical Council of India or the statutory body concerned with the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate thereof or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted and a certificate to this effect is to be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the most of General Duty Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to teaching posts.
6.ย Retirees from Central/State Govt,/PSU from the equivalent posts are eligible to apply. Persons working in recognized/approved Private Medical Institutions fulfilling eligibility criteria for the post may also apply.

Selection Procedure
The selection will be made on the basis of performance of the candidate in interview before the selection Board. The date and time of interview will be communicated through mail. Result will be communicated through e-mail/ sms and wil be displayed on web-site. Selected candidates will ave to join immediately after receipt of offer of Appointment.ย

1. Details and application forms can be downloaded from websitฤ www.esic.nic.in .The interested candidates should report for document verification on 12/01/2022 at 09:00 AM in ESIC Medical College & Hospital, NH-3, NIT, Faridabad, thereafter interview will be scheduled.ย
2.ย The following testimonials should be attached with application form:
(a) Two copy of recent self-attested passport size photograph.
(b) Self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of proof of age (Date of Birth), Educational Qualification, Experience and Research Papers, Publications etc.
3.ย The candidates may ascertain their eligibility and "walk-in" for interview on the appointed day one Hour before schedule time of interview at the venue. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.
4.ย Selection on these posts is purely contractual and terminable on either side with a notice of one month. Selection to these posts does not confer the right of confirmation or continuation, as these posts are to be filled by selection & appointment of the regular candidates
5.ย The candidates have to attach the self-attested copies of all the relevant certificates/testimonials on support of date of birth, category, sub-category i.e. Educational qualification, teaching experience, Pension Payment Order (PPO), etc.
