Educational Qualification: DNB, MS/MD
Walk-in interview for engagement of Senior Resident on contractual basis for a period of One Year in ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Kalaburagi will be conducted on 10.03.2022 at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Kalaburagi,
1. Name of the Post: Senior Resident
2. No of Post: 37
3. Qualification:
a) Candidates with PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the concerned subject.
b) Candidates with PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in General Surgery, General Medicine, Orthopaedics. Respiratory Medicine. Anaesthesiology and Emergency Medicine.
c) Candidates with PG Degree (MDMS/DNB) in General Medicine.
4. Pay and Allowance:
a) ESIC has adopted Consolidated Remuneration structure for Contractual Medical Posts (Senior Resident) as per ESIC Headquarters Letter No. A -12/16/6/2018 (Contractual-Exam) dated: 23/01/2018.
i) Amount per month: Rs.92,000/-
b) In addition to above, no other allowances like DA, NPA, HRA etc. would bc payable.
c) No Private Practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.
5. Terms of contract: Selected candidates shall be appointed purely on contractual basis for the maximum period of one year. ne contractual engagement may be terminated/ discontinued on either side after giving one-month prior notice to this effect without assigning any reason. Other terms and condition will be applicable as issued by competent authority from time to time, This being one-year contract, absence for period beyond 15 days will be treated as abandonment of duty and the contract will bc terminated without any reason and security deposit will be forfeited.
Pay Scale: INR 92000(Per Month)
Age Limit: All candidates below 44 years of age for all categories as on date of interview.
Selection Procedure
1. Selection will be made on basis of interview of candidates which will bc conducted by the duly constituted selection board.
2. 50% of the total marks would be considered as the criteria for eligibility for selection.
3. Selected candidates will have to report this office for Verification of original certificates immediately after receiving Provisional offer of Appointment.
4. The final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview.
5. Offer of appointment will be provisional subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining.
6. Waiting list will be prepared and will be valid for a period of 1 month from the date of release of result subject to the approval of the Competent Authority.
How to Apply:
1. Candidate can walk-in and register for interview from 09:00 AM to 10:30 A.M on 10.03.2022. No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 AM.

3. Candidates should produce all the original documents in respect of all the parameters filled in the form during scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview.
4. Candidates are requested to report by 9 AM at the venue on scheduled dates.
5. Please bring all following relevant Original certificates and their self-attested photocopies (1 sets), 2 copies of passport size photographs and the relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed by Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of reservation to the reserved candidates failing which they will not be allowed for interview,
Important Instructions:
1. Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate to be interviewed,
2. The applications found to be incomplete will be summarily rejected.
3. Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any Other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
4. On the day of Walk-in-Interview. the candidates should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer.
5. Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis.
6. The candidates who have applied for higher post may opt for lower post dur:ng the interviews in the same department.
7. The interviews shall bc conducted at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the venue and dates, if needed.
8. Canvassing in any form will be disqualification.
9. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.
10. Rules of reservation will be implemented as per Government of India's instructions.
