Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institution or equivalent and minimum two years experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering projects, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institution or equivalent and minimum three years experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering projects.
