Eligibility for Professor
- Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview.
Eligibility for Associate Professor
- Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview.
Eligibility for Assistant Professor
- Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview.
Eligibility for Senior Resident
- Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
- Age Limit: 45 years. Upper age is 50 years for Departments of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine and Community Medicine.
Salary/Stipend
- Professor: Rs. 1,23,100/- (Level 13 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
- Associate Professor: Rs. 78,800/- (Level 12 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
- Senior Resident: Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
- Retired employees/pensioners engaged on contract may draw total pay without deduction and continue to draw pension and dearness relief.
