Educational Qualification: Project Manager: Graduate / Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work-/ Economics/MBA and experience in working with underprivilege women. Must have more than 3 years of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects. Project Officer: Any graduate degree with 1 year of work experience in micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ self-employment related schemes and projects. Freshers in similar sector may also apply. Capacity to work with SHG Groups and undertake mobilization activities of SHG members in the specified location for training. Project Coordinator: Graduate / Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/Economics/MBA and experience in working with underprivilege women Must have more than 2 years of experience in Micro enterprise/Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects.
