ESIC Super Speciality Hospital Kollam Invites Application for Part/ Full Time Super Specialist, Senior Resident Recruitment 2022

ESIC Model And Super Speciality Hospital Asramam, Kollam invites application for engagement of Part Time/Full Time Super Specialist and Senior Resident (3 year) in different departments.

i. In case of Full time/Part Time Super Specialist, the engagement will be for a minimum period of one year or till regular incumbent joins or attaining 70 years of age, whichever is earlier. The contract would be extendable for a maximum of three years based on satisfactory performance

3. Duties/Remuneration:

a. Full Time Super Specialist: - To work as per ESIC norms for regular Super Specialists. Remuneration will be paid as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. Consolidated Remuneration – Rs 2,00,000/- per month (Entry level). Senior Level -2,40,000/- per month

b. Part- Time Super Specialist: - To work for 4hours session per day x four days in a week. (16 hours) Remuneration – Rs1,00000/- per month. Additional Rs. 20,000/- admissible if willing to perform emergency call duty.Rs 1200/- for additional every hour’s subject to the satisfaction of competent authority

c. Consultant (Sr.Level) – Rs1,50,000/-month +20,000 admissible if willing to perform emergency call duty+ ₹1500 for every additional hour work beyond 16 hrs(4 days X 4 hours) a week subject to the satisfaction of competent authority

4. Qualification & Experience required: Super Specialist (Senior Consultant)

a. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).

b. Post -graduate degree in the concerned speciality mentioned in or equivalent. Eleven years’ experience in recognized institution in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree in the respective discipline/subject Or Ten years’ experience in recognized institution in the concerned speciality for the candidates possessing 6 years recognized degree of M.Ch/DM in the respective discipline/subject

b. Super Specialist (Entry Level):

A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).

ii. Post -graduate degree in the concerned speciality mentioned in or equivalent. 3. Five years’ experience in recognized institution in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree in the respective discipline/subject

3. Duties/Remuneration:

To work as per ESIC norms for Senior Residency. Remuneration will be paid as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. (Level 11 as per VIIthCPC. Total emoluments approximately Rs.1,10,000/-)

4. Qualification & Experience required: PG degree/diploma, in concerned specialty from recognized University and registered with TCMC.
