Educational Qualification:
Medical Officer (ECHS PC Binnaguri): MBBS, Minimum 05 years work experience.
Nursing Assistant (ECHS PC Binnaguri): B.Sc Nursing, Minimum 05 years work experience.
Driver (ECHS PC Binnaguri): Class I MT driver (armed forces) possess a civil driving licence, Minimum 05 yrs work experience.
Medical Officer (ECHS PC Cooch Behar): MBBS, Minimum 05 years work experience.
Dental Officer (ECHS PC Cooch Behar): BDS, Min 05 yrs work experience.
Dental Hygenist (ECHS PC Cooch Behar): Diploma holder in Dental Hyg/class-1 DH/DORA course (Armed forces), Minimum 05 years work experience.
Driver (ECHS PC Cooch Behar): Class I MT driver (armed forces) possess a civil driving licence, Minimum 05 yrs work experience.
Peon (ECHS PC Cooch Behar): Education class 8 GD (armed forces), Minimum 05 years of service.
Lab Tech (ECHS PC Cooch Behar): DMLT/class I Laboratory Tech course (Armed forces), Minimum 05 years work experience.
Chowkidar (ECHS PC cooch Behar): Education 8th pass or GD trade for Armed forces.

16800-75000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

The ECHS is contributory in nature, with a one-time subscription based on the rank of the retiree, allowing lifetime membership for beneficiaries. This scheme greatly enhances the post-retirement welfare of armed forces personnel, reducing the burden of medical expenses and ensuring dignified healthcare access. Beneficiaries are issued ECHS smart cards, which are essential for availing services at empaneled facilities.
