Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• OIC ECHS Polyclinic (3 Posts): Graduate in any discipline.
• Medical Officer (2 Posts): MBBS degree. Must hold valid registration from Himachal Pradesh State Medical Council.
• Dental Hygienist (1 Post): Diploma holder in Dental Hygiene / Class-I DH DORA Course (Armed Forces). Must hold valid registration from Himachal Pradesh Para Medical Council.
• Driver (1 Post): Passed Class 8 / Class-I MT Driver (Armed Forces). Must possess a valid Civil Driving License.

Preference is given to Ex-Servicemen (ESM), Veer Naris, and Widows of Service Personnel. Only candidates meeting the qualitative requirements are eligible to apply. Medical and Para Medical staff must hold valid registration from the Himachal Pradesh State Medical / Para Medical Council.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting of applications received by the 2 November 2026 deadline.
2. Interview at Station HQ Kasauli, tentatively on 20 November 2026. Candidates must report by 9:00 AM.
3. Accepted candidates will be notified by email and/or telephone.
4. Selected candidates must complete 10 days of unpaid On-Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing the Memorandum of Agreement.
5. A minimum of 10 days of handing-and-taking-over will be carried out between outgoing and incoming appointees at the Polyclinics.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Service Conditions

• Engagement is for one year for Ex-Servicemen and 11 months for civilian candidates, till attaining maximum age, subject to performance and other conditions.
