Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Office Assistant

  • Essential Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10th Standard or equivalent examination but should NOT have passed Graduation.
  • Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 20 years (Born between 01.12.2005 and 01.12.2007).
  • Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST categories and candidates who have previously served as temporary Office Assistant/Bankman/Driver/Caretaker in Federal Bank.
  • Training: Must have undergone at least one-month training in Microsoft Office (Certificate required).
  • Desirable: Possession of a valid Driving License.

Salary / Stipend

The starting Basic Pay is ₹19,500-665/4- 22,160-830/5- 26,310-990/4- 30,270-1170/3- 33,780-1345/3- 37,815 + stagnation increments. Selected candidates will be covered under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and eligible for gratuity, concessional loans, and medical insurance.

Selection Process

  1. Centre Based Online Aptitude Test: Conducted by IBPS. It consists of 60 objective questions (Computer Knowledge, English, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics) to be answered in 60 minutes. There is no negative marking.
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the Aptitude Test will be called for an Interview.
