1. Position: Manager

2. No. of positions: 01

3. Experience: Minimum 10 Years of work experience in IT sector with 8 years of experience in Software Project Life Cycle

4. Profile:

i. One must have strong communication skills and should be able to effectively manage multiple projects and team. Software Project Management, Client Management and stake holder Management.

ii. Will be accountable for creating and execution of the project plan by setting up project baseline concerning deliverables, projects timeline, consultant tasks and costs, monitor that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.

iii. Responsible for resolving any project scope issues and challenges. Communicate the progress report to project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

iv. Ensure that the consistency of operational standards and excellence across projects and driven by ensuring implementation of standard SOPs, policies and documentations and implementing solution using established best practices to translate them into project deliverables and milestones.

v. Responsible for finishing projects within defined budgeted hours.  Should be able to act as a Solution Architect 9. Good knowledge of Deployment and Database Management. 10. Knowledge of Agile Methodology / SCRUM Certification would be preferred

5. For all the above positions, candidates should have done B.E / B. Tech. (Computer Engineering / Information Technology) / MCA Full time course from a recognized / AICTE approved Indian University / Institute.
