Government Medical College Prakasam Invites Application for Lab Attendant Recruitment 2022

The candidates shall download the application from in the http://prakasam.ap.gov.in/notice category/recruitment/ (or) www.rimsongole.org . The applications shall be submitted manually/ Regd. Post in complete shape to the O/o. the Principal, Govt., Medical College, Ongole, Prakasam District, along with all the following certificates on or before 03.03.2022 up to 5.P.M., Any applications received manually/ Regd. Post after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. Application without enclosing the following documents will not be considered automatically

1. SSC or Equivalent examination marks memo.

2. Lab Attendant course of any recognized institute or Intermediate (Medical Lab Assistant Vocational Course) offered by the Board of Intermediate Education marks memos.

3. Qualifying examination pass certificate.

4. Marks memos of all the years of qualifying examination.

5. Registration and renewal certificates of respective councils.

6. Latest caste certificate issued by Tahsildar/MRO concerned.

7. Study certificates for the years IV to X class. In case of private study residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned (for the IV to X class study period).

8. Physically handicapped certificate (Issued by SADERAM)

 9. Sports certificates if any.

10. Ex-servicemen certificates if any.

11. Service Certificate in prescribed proforma counter signed by the concerned District Authority along with appointment order copy.

12. Demand Draft for Rs.500/- or Rs.300/- (Application Fee) Drawn infavour of "College Development Society, GMC, Ongole." Other relevant certificates if any.

13. Enclosure of certificates to the application: The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced.
