SPSR Nellore District Invites Application for Female Nursing Orderly, Sanitary Attender Cum Watchman Recruitment 2022

As per Government Memo No. 5656403/D2/2022-1/2, dated 23.03.2022 , Government has issued certain guidelines on filling up of the vacant posts on direct recruitment permitted by the Government for according permission to conduct limited recruitment for filling up of the backlog vacancies and to convert as open category points as per the provisions contained in AP State and Subordinate Rules- 1996.

1. Name of the Post: Female Nursing Orderly

2. No. of posts to be filled: 07

3. Qualifications: 10th Class or Equivalent Examination “Must have First Aid Certificate” from Govt. approved Institutions.

4. Remuneration per month: Rs. 12,000/-

5. Mode of appointment: Out Sourcing through DSC

1. Name of the Post: Sanitary Attender Cum Watchman

2. No. of posts to be filled: 02

3. Qualifications: 10th Class or Equivalent Examination.

4. Remuneration per month: Rs. 12,000/-

5. Mode of appointment: Out Sourcing through DSC

Selection Procedure

1. Total Marks – 100

I) 75 Marks obtain in qualifying examination

II) Weight age for number of years since passing qualifying examination is upto 10 marks @ 1 Marks for each completed year.

III) 15 marks weight age will be given to the candidates working earlier in the organization approved by the Govt. approved by the Government. Who are presently working in (HDS/CDS/Arogyasree HCT, trauma care,APCOS,NHM and other GOI schemes who are appointed on Contract / outsourcing basis through District Selection Committee are appropriate selection process which ever is applicable under the control of Director of Public Health and Family Welfare/ Commissioner APVVP / DME only as per GO.Ms.No.301 HM&FW

a) 2.5 Marks per Six months in Tribal Area

b) 2.0 Marks per Six months in Rural Area

c) 1 Marks per Six months in Urban Area.

IV) Weight age for candidates who are working on COVID DUTIES in Govt. COVID HOSPIALS appointed by the Dist. Selection Committee as per GO.Rt No.211, HM&FW (B2) Dept. dt.08.05.2021 & G.O.Rt.No. 07 HM&FW (B2) Dept, dt. 06.01.2022.

a) For two month period service rendered they shall be given 1/3rd of the weightage i.e. applicable for a six (6) month work.

b) 5 Marks per Six months

c) 10 Marks per one year

d) 15 Marks per One year Six months.

IV) There will be no Interview Marks. 

2. Purely on Merit and follow the Rule of Reservation.
