DMHO Ananthapuramu Invites Application for 21 Pharmacist Recruitment 2021

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Pharmacist Gr-II to work purely on contract basis under NHM to work in the Dr. YSR Urban Clinics in Ananthapuramu District.

1. Post Name: Pharmacist Gr-II

2. No of Post: 21

3. Remuneration per month (in Rs.): 19,019/-

4. Qualification: 

a) Candidates must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam. And mush have passed in Diploma in Pharmacy or B. Pharmacy from the recognized institutions by Govt.,of AP.

b) Candidates must be registered in the AP. Pharmacy Council.

c) Pharma.D(Doctor of Pharmacy) candidates are not eligible.

5. Tenure of appointment and important conditions:

i. The selected candidates in this recruitment notification should work for a period of one year from the date of joining at place of posting; otherwise their candidature will not be considered for further any kind of benefits from the Government.

ii. The tenure of selected candidates in this recruitment notification will be one year from the date of joining and the District Selection Committee; Ananthapuramu reserves all the rights to terminate the contract/outsourcing services of any candidate/candidates at any time without giving any prior notice as per directions of the Government from time to time.

Selection Procedure

1. The selection to the posts will be on the basis of final merit list cum rule of reservation.

2. Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination: 75 marks ( In respect of CGPA Marks holders Marks is calculated as CGPA X 9.5 (Multiplying Factor) X 75%)

3. Weightage for experience ofgovernment services included Contract / out-sourcing service:

a. Based on working Area;

a)@2.5 marks for six months in Tribal area
b)@ 2 marks for six months in Rural area
c)@ 1 mark for six months in Urban area

b. Based on Covid duties (who were appointedexclusively for Covid-19 purpose); 

a)@ 5 marks per six months
b)@10 marks per one year
c)@15 marks per one year six months

4. Weightage for No. of years sincepassing qualifying examination: Upto 10 marks @ 1.0 marks per completedyear after acquiring requisite qualification.

5. District Selection Committee decision to be final :

The decision of the District Selection Committee in all aspects and respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of recruitment of and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned, under the powers vested with it as per rules in force.
