Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Mandatory for all posts: Must be a retired employee of the Civil Courts of Bihar who retired within the preceding three years as per Patna High Court guidelines, with satisfactory service records.
• Stenographer: Requisite experience and proficiency in shorthand and typing.
• Clerk: Adequate knowledge and experience of clerical and judicial office work.
• Peon/Orderly: Capable of performing the duties attached to the post.
• Disqualification: Retired employees subjected to any major disciplinary punishment during service cannot apply.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Engagement is based on the assessment of qualifications and service record of the retired employees.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for any stage of the selection process.
• Duties to be performed for a minimum of 5 hours on each working day.
• Engagement is purely contractual and can be terminated as per directions of the Hon'ble High Court Patna.
