Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for District Mission Coordinator
- Essential: Graduate Degree in Sociology/Life Science/Nutrition/Health Management/Social Work/Rural Management. (Postgraduate degree holders preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in government/semi-government institutions in related field; At least 3 years experience in women's issues.
- Desirable: Experience in working with English language on computer.
Eligibility for Gender Specialist
- Essential: Graduate Degree in Social Work/other social fields. (Postgraduate degree holders preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in government/semi-government institutions in gender related works; At least 3 years experience in women's issues.
- Desirable: Experience in working with English language on computer. Good knowledge of computers including MS Office and computer typing. Must be resident of Chhattisgarh.
Selection Process
- Weightage on minimum educational qualification percentage: Maximum 60 marks (out of 100%).
- For each additional year of experience beyond minimum: 2 marks, maximum 18 marks.
- Bonus for Chhattisgarh residents: 2 marks.
- Merit list based on total 80 marks.
- Interview/Skill Test: 20 marks.
- In case of tie, seniority in age will be considered.
- Candidates shortlisted in 1:10 ratio for interview.
