Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Computer Programmer

• First division B.E. Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / B.E. (IT) / DOEACC 'A' level / BCA / PGDCA with knowledge of .NET Technologies, Java, MS-SQL, Oracle.
• Preference for Oracle knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in government rural development schemes on at least equal pay (5 marks for up to 2 years; 10 marks for more than 2 years). Additional technical knowledge marks (max 5) considered.

Programme Officer

• First division MBA / MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management) or Post-Graduation in Mathematics / Physics.
• Minimum work experience in government rural development schemes (5 marks for 1-2 years, 10 marks up to 5 years, 15 marks for more than 5 years).

Assistant Programmer

• Degree in M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / MCA or B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) from a recognised university.
• Minimum work experience in government rural development schemes (5 marks for 1-2 years, 10 marks up to 5 years, 15 marks for more than 5 years).

Accountant

• 55 % marks in B.Com (SC/ST/OBC 50 %); Passed in second division for Bastar & Surguja divisions.
• Higher Secondary percentage – 20 % weightage; Minimum educational qualification percentage – 50 % weightage; Computer practical test – 15 % weightage.
• Experience in government rural development schemes (5 marks for 1-2 years, 10 marks up to 5 years, 15 marks for more than 5 years).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection is made through a merit list prepared on the basis of:

• Academic percentage of the candidate.
• Computer practical test.
• Experience weightage in government rural development schemes.

If the number of applicants exceeds 10 times the vacancies, candidates are shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and skill/practical tests as applicable. No TA/DA will be paid.

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, if working in government or semi-government institutions.
