• Academic: (10+2) examination passed from a recognised board, OR old Higher Secondary exam along with 1st year of graduation from a recognised university.
• Technical (Shorthand): Speed of 100/80 words per minute from a recognised Board/Institution/Shorthand Typewriting Council. Subject to a skill test.
• Technical (DEO): One-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator / Programming from a recognised institution, and data-entry speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour. Subject to a skill test.
• Preference: Candidates who passed ATI / CTI / NVTI / RVTI / IToT from DGT higher training institutes.
• Residency: Must be a native (domicile) of Chhattisgarh. No reservation applies to this engagement.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Merit List Preparation: Prepared based on technical qualification marks (ITI/Diploma/Degree). Priority given to 1-year CTI/ATI certificate holders. If multiple technical certificates are held, the one with the highest marks is considered.
2. Skill & Speed Test: Candidates will be called in a ratio of 1:10 for skill and speed tests after merit list approval by the Joint Director (Training), Regional Office Bastar, Jagdalpur.
3. Final Selection List: Displayed on the Institute Notice Board, Institute Website, and District NIC Portal.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the skill/speed test.
