Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts mentioned below on Contract/ Out Sourcing Basis to work in Government General Hospital, Ongole, Prakasam District for the vacancies and newly sanctioned posts in G.O.Ms.No.140 and 141 HM & FW (A1) Dept. Dt.17.11.2021.
1. Name of the Post: Lab-Technician Gr-II
2. No. of Posts: 12
3. Monthly remuneration: 28,000/-
4. Mode of recruitment: Contract Basis
5. Qualification:
1 year Lab Technician Course after intermediate (or) 2) 2year DMLT Course after SSC (or) 3) A degree in BSC with Medical Lab Technology and one of the optional Subject. 4) BSc Degree with BZC in 1st class or BSc (life Science) in 1st class with PG Dip. In Medical Lab Technology issued by the NIMS, Hyderabad (or)
ii) PG Dip. In clinical Bio Chemistry course of the University recognized by the UGC. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh paramedical board with up to date renewal.
1. Name of the Post: Pharmacist Gr-II
2. No. of Posts: 10
3. Monthly remuneration: 28,000/-
4. Mode of recruitment: Contract Basis
5. Qualification: 1) Intermediate 2) 2years Dip. In Pharmacy course recognized by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Council with up to date renewal.

5. Qualification: Intermediate with pass in two years certificate course of Refractionist and Optician Conducted at sarojini Devi eye Hospital, Hyderabad.

Selection Procedure
1. Aggregate of marks obtained inall the years in the qualifying examination: 75%
2. Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service: Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii)2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas .
3. COVID Duties
@ 5 Marks per six months
@ 10 Marks per one year
@ 15 Marks per 1 Year 6 Months
4. Weightage for No. of years since passing qualifying examination: Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 marks per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification.
5. Purely on Merit and follow the Rule of Reservation.

1. The application fees should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in the name of “Hospital Development Society, GGH, Ongole” and submit the Demand Draft (DD) along with the application to this office.
2. The candidates shall download the application form in the https://prakasam.ap.gov.in/notice_category/recruitment/.
3. The applications shall be submitted manually/ Regd. Post in complete shape to the O/o. the Superintendent, Room No.214, Govt. General Hospital, Ongole, Prakasam District, along with all the following certificates on or before 15/12/2021 up to 5.P.M.,
4. Any applications received manually/Regd. Post after the due date and time will be rejected.
5. Application without enclosing the following documents will not be considered automatically
