1. Educational Qualification

• Common Requirement: Degree from a recognized university.
• For Chief Security Officer: Must be a Meritorious Ex-Army personnel equivalent to or more than CI cadre of A.P Police Department.
• For Security Officer: Must have served in the Indian Army as Subedar/JCO or equivalent rank.

2. Desirable Physical Standards

Candidates must meet the following physical standards (Desirable):

• Height: 170 cms
• Chest: 81 cms (85 cms expanded)
• Vision: 6/12 without glasses, no colour blindness.
• Health: Sound health with a fitness certificate.

3. Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 50 years for all posts.
• Age Relaxation: An age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for reserved category candidates applying for the Security Officer post.
• Note: Age is calculated as of the notification date.
