Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

All candidates must hold valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Dental Council of India (DCI) as applicable. Age must be between 23 and 64 years.

• Specialist Medical Officer – Psychiatrist (Code 01): MBBS with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from an MCI-recognized institution in Psychiatry or equivalent.
• Specialist Medical Officer – ENT (Code 02): MBBS with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from an MCI-recognized institution in ENT or equivalent.
• Specialist Medical Officer – Radiologist (Code 03): MBBS with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from an MCI-recognized institution in Radiology or equivalent.
• Specialist Medical Officer – Pathologist (Code 04): MBBS with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from an MCI-recognized institution in Pathology or equivalent.
• Specialist Medical Officer – Forensic Expert (Code 05): MBBS with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from an MCI-recognized institution in Forensic Medicine or equivalent.
• Specialist Medical Officer – Dental Surgeon / Prosthodontist & Implantologist (Code 06): BDS with Post Graduate Degree (MDS) in Prosthodontics and Implantology from a DCI-recognized institution or equivalent.

Pay, Contract Terms & Conditions of Service

The monthly remuneration is ₹1,50,000 for Post Graduate Degree holders and ₹1,20,000 for Post Graduate Diploma holders. The Dental Surgeon post is fixed at ₹1,50,000 per month (Degree only).

• Contract Duration: One year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.
• Probation Review: Performance is reviewed after 3 months; if unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated without prior notice.
• Bond & Agreement: Selected candidates must execute a contractual agreement and a one-year bond with DMFT Godda.
• This is a purely contractual appointment — it does not confer permanent government job status, pension, or regular cadre benefits.

Selection Process & Screening

The selection for DHS Godda Specialist Medical Officer posts will be conducted through a direct interview and document verification scheduled on 24 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. There is no written examination.

• Candidates whose offline applications are received by the closing date will be called for interview.
• Document verification will be conducted on the same day as the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
