Eligibility for Supply Assistant
- Essential: The candidate must be a permanent resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat area. The candidate must be at least a graduate.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years, Maximum 35 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Selection Process
A merit list will be prepared by taking 30%, 30%, and 40% of the marks obtained in the Matriculation, +2, and +3 examinations respectively. The candidate in the first position will be appointed with the approval of the Sub-Collector.
How to Apply
The application form along with the following required certificates should reach the office of the Block Development Officer, Barkote, Dist- Deogarh, Odisha - 768110 by Registered/Speed Post by 09.02.2026. Applications received after the said date will not be considered. Applications received through any other means other than Registered/Speed Post will not be accepted.
Required Documents:
- Matriculation, +2 and +3 examination pass certificates and mark sheets.
- Recent permanent resident certificate obtained from the Tahasildar.
- Two (2) passport size photographs.
- Two (2) envelopes of size 25 cm x 12 cm with self-address and postage stamps worth Rs. 50 each affixed on each.
