Manager and Various Posts

Educational Qualification:
Manager/ Coordinator: Should have a Post graduate in, Social Work (MSW) / Masters Degree in Psychology, M.Sc Home Science (child development) from recognized university.

Social Worker: Should have a Bachelors/Post graduate in Social Work/ PG Diploma in Psychology/ Early Childhood Care and Development from recognized university.

General Nursing & Midwifery: Should be qualified medical personnel. With relevant qualifications GNM etc.

ANM: Should be qualified medical personnel. with relevant qualifications ANM etc.

Pre-School Teacher: Should be qualified Intermediate.

Pediatrician: Should be Medical Doctor having completed a minimum of MBBS and has been practicing.

Chowkidar: Committed and agile person with no past record of moral turpitude and a person who does not have additions like drinking alcohol, chewing gutka etc.

Ayah: Should have the experience of taking care of infants and children below 6 years.

Assistant Data Entry Operator: 12th pass from a recognized Board/ Equivalent Board with Diploma / Certificate in Computers.

Child helpline Supervisor: Graduate preferably in B.A. in social work/ computer sciences / information technology/ community sociology / social sciences from recognized university. Weight age for experienced candidate. Proficiency in Computers. Preference may be given to personnel of working in emergency help lines.

Case Worker: 12th passed from a recognized board/ Equivalent board. Good Communication Skills. Weight age for experienced candidate. Proficiency in Computers. Preference may be given to personnel of working in emergency help lines.

Pay Scale:
INR
15600-23400/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
