  • Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with First Class in any discipline from a reputed institution.
  • Data analysis and presentation skills are required.
  • Conversant with use of social media platforms.
  • Project management skills preferred.
  • Experience of working or internship with a developmental organization is desirable.
  • Self-driven with good communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of the local language of the respective Aspirational Block is mandatory.
  • Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India and satisfy applicable local/residence requirements.
  • Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxable as per applicable Government rules.

Selection Process & Screening Criteria

Selection is based on a comprehensive assessment carrying a maximum of 100 marks, comprising the following five parts:
