Educational Qualification: 10TH
Recruitment for the post of Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) for different villages comprised under respective Blocks under Islampur Sub Division, district Uttar Dinajpur as mentioned below;
1. Position: ASHA
2. No of Vacancies: 129
3. Eligibility:
a. Should be Married women/Divorced or Widowed women,
b. Should be a resident of the same village for which she will be selected,
c. Should be Madhyamik appeared or equivalent.
d. Women candidate who are Madhyamik pass or possessing higher qualification, only marks obtained in Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered.

Selection Procedure
Selection is based on marks obtained by the candidates in the Madhyamik/ equivalent enmination (90% weightage) Score in the interview (10% weightage)

2. Last date & time of receiving of Application: 22/04/2022 till 4:00 pm
3. Candidates should submit application in the format and annexed as to this notification, Application should be in A4 size white paper on one side only and should be clearly legible. Application Form can be downloaded from the website uttardinajpur.nic.in
4. One candidate is allowed to submit only one application, more than one application if submitted by the same candidate, remaining application/s will not be entertained.
5. Candidate may collect information and assistance in filling of the Application Form from their respective Health Sub Centres / GP Office / BPHC.

1. Candidates, before applying, should carefully read the instructions and ensure fulfillment of the eligible criteria at the time of submission of application.
2. Submission of application does not guarantee an appointment.
3 Candidates shall be disqualified at any time and at any stage during the selection process, in case of any misrepresentation of facts and documents.

5. Islampur Sub Divisional Level ASHA Selection Committee, reserves the right to alter the mode of examinations or conduct, re-interview or cancel part or whole of any process of recruitment at any stage, if required.
