Eligibility for Finance & Accounts Officer (FAO)

• Essential Qualification: Hons. Graduate/ Post Graduate in commerce from any recognized university along with CA/ ICWA (Inter qualified) and processing certificate in financial accounting software.
• Experience: With at least 3 years experience in the field of finance, accounts and audit in a reputed organization (Desirable).
• Age Limit: Below 35 years (as on 01-01-2026).

How to Apply

Application is to be submitted in the prescribed format (Annexure-A) only which is available in the District portal. Duly filled in application along with all requisite documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed with the post name. One self-addressed envelope affixing postal stamp of minimum Rs. 22/- should be provided.

The sealed envelope must reach the office of the District Education Officer, SSM, Alipurduar at Dooars Kanya, 3rd Floor (room no. 320), Pin- 736122, through registered post between 10.00 a.m. and 05.30 p.m on all office days from 15.01.2026 until 29.01.2026.
