Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Accountant

  • Essential Qualification: Commerce Graduate with Honours. Working knowledge of computer and ability to work in MS Office Packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Spread sheet, Tally, and Presentation Packages.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in any Government or Non-Government organisation.
  • Residential Detail: Must be a permanent resident of Jhargram District.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2026. For retired Govt. employees, upper age is as per rules.

Eligibility for Data Entry Operator

  • Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Working knowledge of computer and ability to work in MS Office Packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Must have typing speed of 30 wpm.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in any Government or Non-Government organisation.
  • Residential Detail: Must be a permanent resident of Jhargram District.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2026. Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates are entitled to a concession of five years over the prescribed age limit.

Selection Process

  • For Data Entry Operator:
    1. Typing speed test (qualifying).
    2. Written test (General Knowledge, Mental Ability, Arithmetic, English - 40 marks).
    3. Computer Test (50 marks).
    4. Personality Test (10 marks).
  • For Accountant:
    1. Written test (General Knowledge, Mental Ability, Arithmetic, English, Accountancy - 50 marks).
    2. Computer Test (40 marks).
    3. Personality Test (10 marks).

Final merit list based on aggregate marks. Validity of merit list is 1 year.
