Educational Qualification: 10TH
In terms of Memo no HFW/NRHM-20/2006/(Part 11)/1631 dated27.06.2021 of Mission Director, National Health Mission,West Bengal, applications are invited for filling up the existing vacancies of ASHA at Tamluk Sub-Division from Married/Divorcee/Widowed female candidates only, in prescribed format.
1. Name of the Post: AHSA
2. No of Post: 12
3. Academic Qualification: Passed or appeared in Madhyamik or Equivalent examination. Marks obtained in Additional subject will not be counted. Candidates with higher qualification may apply but only the Madhyamik or Equivalent examination marks will be considered for eligibility.
4. Eligibility of applicant:
a) Applicant must be a permanent resident of the village for which she is applying.
b) Only Married/Divorcee/Widowed female candidates can apply.
c) Only West Bengal SC/ST will be considered under these categories.

How to Apply:
Applications can be submitted directly or by Speed post/Registered post only at the office of the Block Development Officer, Moyna Development Block, VIll.-Garhmoyna, PO-Moyna, PS : Moyna ; Dist : Purba Medinipur, Pin-721629 within 24.12.2021 at 5 PM. Applications will be received on every Monday to Friday (10AM to 5PM) from the date of notification excluding Government Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, if any. Applications received after that time will be rejected. In case of applications by post, the authority will not be responsible for any postal delay causing rejection of application.
