1. Post Name: Senior Foreman (First Class Boiler Operator)- On Contract

2. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class in Boiler Operator,

3. Experience:

a. ITI in boiler attendant with minimum first class and Diploma in mechanical engineer with certified as a first-class boiler attendant.

b. Certificate of competency from state Govt as a First-Class Boiler attended operator is required.

c. Minimum 5 yrs. of operational experience of 20 MT / Hour steam generation of Boiler with SCADA / PLC system Basis.

4. Job Responsibility:

a. Routine Boiler operation activities to be carried out with experience of SCADA & PLC Panel.

b. Monitor and logging the boiler Parameters like Temp., Pressure, Flow, drum level, Deaerator tank level, etc.

c. Emergency handling like power failure, plant stoppage, instrument air failure, DM water supply failure, Fuel supply failure, etc.

d. Maintain Daily Flue Gas analysis, feed water & blowdown water analysis of Boiler and related action if any variation.

e. During IBR inspection, cleaning of boiler, Hydro testing, Calibration, inter locks, safety valve settings etc. activities are to be carried out.
