Educational Qualification: M.Sc

1. Position: Junior Agronomist - On Contract

2. Post Code: 35/01/S

3. Qualification: MSc in Agricultural Science (Preferably in Agronomy/Agricultural & Soil Chemistry/Soil Science) – 02 years full time course with min. 55% marks from reputed university.

4. Experience: Minimum 2 years post MSc experience (excluding training) in Fertilizer/Agrochemical industries or other R&D organizations.

5. Remuneration:

(i) The selected candidate shall undergo contractual appointment for 3 years and renewal shall be subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Company at that point of time. On completion of contractual period, he/she shall be absorbed in regular grade of the Company subject to satisfactory performance and at that time shall be required to execute a Service Agreement to serve the Company for a period of 3 years. In case of breach, you shall be liable to pay the Company an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in lieu of liquidated damages.

(ii) Recruit shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 12,500/- per month. Annual increment as per company rules. This remuneration is subject to revision.

6. Job Location: Current location is Vadodara, however recruit may be placed at any other department/unit/depot of the company.

Pay Scale: INR 12500(Per Month)

Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as on the date of advertisement
