Educational Qualification: B.Sc, Diploma, M.Sc

1. Name of the Post: Assistant Operator (On Contract)

2. Post Code: 35/05/S

3. Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) minimum 60% OR Diploma Chemical/Petrochemical with minimum 60% OR MSc (Chemistry) candidates may also apply, but the requisite qualification is BSc and hence, their MSc degree will not be considered Preferable: Apprenticeship training in respective trade. All courses must be full-time from recognized institution.

4. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Chemical Industry /fertilizer industry/ petrochemicals Industry is preferable. (Excluding Training)

5. Skills: Should have knowledge of unit operations, heat transfer, mass transfer and allied static and rotating equipments. Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.

6. Work Conditions / Environment: Plant based role which involves working in rotating shifts. Should be willing to respond to emergencies at all times.

7. Remuneration: 

a) The selected candidate shall undergo contractual appointment for 3 years and renewal shall be subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Company at that point of time. On completion of contractual period, he/she shall be absorbed in regular grade of the Company subject to satisfactory performance and at that time shall be required to execute a Service Agreement to serve the Company for a period of 3 years. In case of breach, you shall be liable to pay the Company an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in lieu of liquidated damages.

b) Recruit shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 11,000/- per month. Annual increment as per company rules. This remuneration is subject to revision.

8. Job Location: Current location is Vadodara and Sikka Unit, however recruit may be placed at any other department/unit/depot of the company.
