Educational Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc

1. Post Name: Laboratory Assistant - On Contract

2. Qualification: 

BSc. Chemistry (with CPM group) – 03 years full time course with min. 60% marks from reputed university. MSc (Chemistry) candidates may also apply, but the requisite qualification is BSc and hence, their MSc degree will not be considered.

3. Preferable: Apprenticeship training in respective trade

4. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Chemical Industry /fertilizer industry/ petrochemicals Industry is preferable. (Excluding Training)

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Adherence to timeline for implementation of research projects Accuracy of experiments and analysis performed and solution provided Timely completion of all experiments and analysis. Maintain good record practices Promptness in action Reduction in number of housekeeping violations recorded as part of housekeeping audit Number of implementable suggestions

6. Skills: Knowledge of computer operation is essential.

7. Remuneration

i. The selected candidate shall undergo contractual appointment for 3 years and renewal shall be subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Company at that point of time. On completion of contractual period, he/she shall be absorbed in regular grade of the Company subject to satisfactory performance and at that time shall be required to execute a Service Agreement to serve the Company for a period of 3 years

ii. In case of breach, you shall be liable to pay the Company an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in lieu of liquidated damages. Recruit shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 11,000/- per month. Annual increment as per company rules. This remuneration is subject to revision.

8. Job Location: Current location is either Vadodara and Sikka Unit, however recruit may be placed at any other department/unit/depot of the company
