Educational Qualification:A Diploma in Horticulture from a recognized Agriculture/Horticulture University's Polytechnic, along with basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi [citation:1][citation:2][citation:5].
Skills:Horticulture knowledge, plant propagation, nursery management, crop cultivation, computer application, local language proficiency.

Salary:
₹26,000 fixed per month for the first 5 years. Thereafter, regular pay scale of Level-4 (₹25,500 – 81,100) under the 7th Pay Commission [citation:2][citation:4][citation:6].
