Skills / Eligibility
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filing up the post of Field Investigator on contract basis in the scheme "MISC-115: Creation and Strengthening of Self Help Groups of District S.A.S. Nagar for Livelihood Security" at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) for the period of one year or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The Salary structure alter deduction of ESI& EPF is as follows: 1. Name of the Post: Field Investigator 2. Salary: Rs.19225/- 3. Qualification: a) Graduation in any discipline. b) Knowledge of Punjabi up to matric level. 4. Desirable: Graduation in Social Science/Home Science/Rural Development. Knowledge of computer, video making and editing softwares. Applicant should have a valid driving license with own vehicle Applicant from local area would be given preference.

The mission of the college is to produce veterinary graduates, scientists and extension workers for promoting better livestock health, by prevention of disease, increasing production and reproduction of livestock, thus improving the quality of rural life in Punjab.
