Educational Qualification

• Medical Officer Posts: MD/DNB in relevant specialty recognized by NMC.
• Medical Physicist ‘D’: M.Sc. (Physics) + Diploma in Radiological Physics (BARC/AERB).
• Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Quality): M.Sc. or equivalent with 50% marks OR MBBS/BDS etc. with relevant experience.
• Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Physiotherapy): Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) with 50% marks.
• Officer-in-Charge (Dispensary): B.Pharm + PG Diploma in Material Management OR MBBS + PG Diploma.
• Scientific Assistant ‘C’ (Nuclear Medicine): B.Sc. + PGDFIT/DMRIT + RSO Level-II, or M.Sc. Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (IT): B.E. (IT/CS) or B.Sc. (IT/CS) or BCA with 2 years .NET experience.
• Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radiation Oncology): B.Sc. (Physics) + PG Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology OR B.Sc. (Radiotherapy Tech).

Experience

• Medical Officer ‘F’ (Radiodiagnosis): 8 years post MD.
• Medical Officer ‘E’ (Gastroenterology): Experience in field (oncology desirable).
• Medical Officer ‘E’ (Nuclear Medicine): 3 years post MD.
• Medical Officer ‘D’ (General Medicine): No experience required.
• Medical Physicist ‘D’: 5 years in advanced treatment planning.
• Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Quality): 3-5 years as per qualification.
• Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Physiotherapy): 5 years.
• Officer-in-Charge (Dispensary): 4-10 years as per qualification.
• Scientific Assistant posts: 1-3 years as per qualification.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)

Upper age limit varies from 30 to 50 years depending on post. Relaxation as per Government norms.

Salary & Benefits (7th CPC)

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission. In addition to basic pay, they will receive Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, and other perks as per TMC rules.
