West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti will engage personnel purely on contractual basis against consequential vacancies for the position of District Microbiologist IDSP-CD in Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme, under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, who will be posted at District Public Health Laboratory in different districts of West Bengal. 1. Name of the Position: District Microbiologist IDSP-CD 2. Total Vacancy: 6 3. Place of Posting: District Public Health Laboratory in different districts of West Bengal. 4. Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology / M.Sc. in 5. Desirable Qualification: Ph.D or M.Phil in Microbiology/ Medical Microbiology 6. Desirable Experience: Working experience in the field of Microbiology or in Public Health after M.Sc. 7. Remuneration: 40,000 per month

Selection Procedure
1. Scale of Scoring — Total 100 Marks
2. Applications will initially be shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification score and experience score computed on the basis of on- line details submitted. The shortlisted candidates, as declared vacancy, will have to appear for Computer Test and Interview.
