• District Judge (Entry Level):
• Educational Qualification: Must hold a Degree in Law from a recognized University by the Bar Council of India.
• Experience Requirement: Not less than 7 years of practice as an Advocate on the cut-off date prescribed in the notification, or Judicial Service experience of 7 years or more.
• Age Limit: Minimum 35 years, Maximum 45 years as on the date prescribed in the notification.
• Age Relaxation: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Backward Classes, and Economically Weaker Sections are eligible for 3 years of upper age relaxation.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Computer Based Screening Test: A computer-based screening test will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the written examination. This test serves as an initial elimination round.
2. Written Examination: Candidates shortlisted through the screening test will be eligible to appear for the written examination covering law subjects and general knowledge.
3. Viva Voce (Personal Interview): Candidates qualifying the written examination will be called for the viva voce interview. The combined performance across all three stages determines final selection.

Important: No TA/DA (Travel and Dearness Allowance) will be paid to any candidate for attending the screening test, written examination, or viva voce.
