Assistant Professor, Unani Medical Officer

Number of Vacancy: 12 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Professor:
i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, now National Medical Commission Act 2019. Holders of Educational Qualification included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of Section-13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, now National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
ii) A postgraduate degrees in the concerned speciality as mentioned in Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications.
iii) At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer / Registrar/Demonstrators / Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned speciality in any recognized Medical College.

Unani Medical Officer:
(i) Matric pass or its equivalent from a recognised Board of School Education/University.
(ii) 05 years Degree in Unani (BUMS) from a recognised university/Board/Institutions included in the 2nd Schedule of Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.
(iii) At least six months rotary internship.
(iv) Should be registered with the H.P. Board of Ayurveda & Unani.

Pay Scale:

37,400-1,54,300 Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

Application Fee: For General candidates, the application fee is Rs. 600/-, for SC/ ST/ OBC (BPL)/ EWS (BPL) of HP candidates the application fee is Rs. 150/-. There is no fee for Female/ PWD/Ex-Servicemen of HP. The mode of payment is Online.
