Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)
1. Educational Qualification
- Professor of Law (Regular): As per UGC Regulations 2018. Must possess API Score Form and copies of publications.
- Assistant Professor of Law (Contractual): As per UGC Regulations 2018. Must possess documentation of research papers/publications.
- Registrar: Must be an academic person in law not below the rank of a Professor. Must fill API Score Form.
- Assistant Registrar: Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade B). Alternatively, 5 years experience as Section Officer/Superintendent OR 3 years teaching experience. Computer Knowledge is mandatory.
- Driver-cum-Office Attendant: 10th Pass. Valid Driving License (Light/Heavy Vehicle). Knowledge of Hindi.
- Electrician/Plumber/Carpenter: 10th Pass from a recognized Board plus a relevant ITI Diploma (2 years for Electrician, 1 year for Plumber/Carpenter).
2. Age Limit
Age as on: The eligibility is determined as of the closing date of application (01-03-2026).
- Driver/Electrician/Plumber/Carpenter: 18 to 45 years.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and Freedom Fighters' children & grandchildren (for Driver post).
- Assistant Registrar: No upper age limit (subject to superannuation rules).
- Registrar: Must be a Professor (implied age < 62 years for tenure).
3. Mandatory Requirements
- Publications: For Professor and Registrar posts, hard copies of all publications (cover page, copyright, ISSN/ISBN) must be submitted.
- API Score Form: Mandatory for Professor and Registrar applicants.
