• Category-III: Mandatory 5 years' experience as functional head of Projects/Plants with direct responsibility of at least 20% of the workforce.

Experience in Defence, Aerospace, and Heavy Engineering sectors is desirable.

Organizational Eligibility & Employment Status

On the date of application and interview, the applicant must be employed in a regular capacity in one of the following categories:

• Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)
• Central Government Group 'A' Officers (including Armed Forces, All India Services, Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, Autonomous Bodies)
