Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL) Invites Application for 22 Junior Technician and Various Posts

Candidates must apply online only through the HOCL website. No other mode of application will be accepted.

1. Visit the HOCL Website: Go to www.hoclindia.com.
2. Navigate to Careers: Click on the "Careers" section and find the link for the relevant notification.
3. Read the Notification: Read the full advertisement and instructions carefully.
4. Click Register and Apply: Click on the "Click here to Register and Apply" link for the desired post.
5. Fill the Application Form: Enter all required details accurately. Mention your full name as it appears in the matriculation certificate.
6. Upload Documents: Upload the following:
   • Passport size photograph (with plain background, both ears visible).
   • Signature.
   • Proof of age, qualifications (from Class X onwards), and experience (as applicable).
   • Category/Caste certificates (if claiming reservation/relaxation).
7. Submit Application: Preview the application and submit. A printout of the submitted application can be taken.
8. Submit Before Deadline: Ensure the application is submitted on or before 17 August 2026.

Note: Applications without a proper photograph (clear and identifiable) may be rejected at any stage. Keep the printout of the submitted application for future reference.

• Online Application Only: Applications are accepted only online through the HOCL website. No offline applications will be accepted.
• Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the educational qualification, experience, and age criteria (max 30 years) for the specific post.
• Document Upload: Upload clear, legible documents, especially a proper passport-size photograph. Applications with improper photos may be rejected.
• Experience: One year of apprenticeship in the relevant field is treated as equivalent to one year of experience.
• Contractual Basis: The appointment is purely on a fixed-tenure contract basis for an initial period of 2 years, extendable for up to 2 more years. It does not confer any right to future employment in HOCL.
• Shift Work: Several posts (Instrument Engineer, Fire & Safety Officer, Junior Technician, Junior Operator, Junior Assistant Technician, etc.) involve deployment in rotational shifts round the clock.
• Medical Fitness: Engagement is subject to medical fitness.

• Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Kochi.
