Educational Qualification:
General Manager (Technical) (E7): Full time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture disciplines from any recognised University or Institute registered with AICTE.

General Manager (HR) (E7):
(1) Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks. And
(2) Full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare from any recognised University or Institute registered with UGC with not less than 60% marks.

Deputy General Manager (HR) (E5):
(1) Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks. And
(2) Full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare from any recognised University or Institute registered with UGC with not less than 60% marks.

Manager (HR) (E3):
1) Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% (55% for SC / ST Candidates) marks from any recognised University or Institute recognised by UGC. AND
2) Full time Post graduate degree / diploma in Management with specialization in HR / Personnel Management/ Labour Laws from any recognised University or Institute registered with UGC.

Deputy Manager (Safety) (E2):
(i) Full time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks in any discipline from any recognised University or Institute registered with AICTE.
(ii) Full time Diploma (Not less than 01 year) in Industrial Safety from any recognized university / AICTE.

Deputy Manager (Finance) (E2): Graduate with Qualified / Passed Final Examination from ICAI/ICWAI.

Senior Chief Project Superintendent (Technical): Full time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ /Naval Architecture disciplines from any recognised University or Institute registered with AICTE.

Senior Consultant (Marine Technology Services): Engineering Graduate or Equivalent in the discipline in Civil Engineering from any recognised University or Institute registered with AICTE.

Pay Scale:
INR
50000-260000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 62 Years.
