Essential Qualification
- CA or ICWA
Experience
- Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 20 years in Finance and Accounts functions in Manufacturing / Healthcare Services Companies.
- Senior Level Experience: At least 5 years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last 10 years heading the Corporate Finance / Corporate Accounts Division in an organization of repute.
Additional Eligibility (Candidates from Specific Sectors)
- CPSU Candidates: Must have held posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 36,600 – 62,000 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.
- State PSU / Private Sector Candidates: Must be from organizations with an annual turnover of Rs. 1,000 Crores or more.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 52 years as on 01.01.2026.
- Relaxation: The upper age limit can be relaxed by equivalent years of excess post-qualification experience. However, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years.
