Educational Qualification: MPH
1. Designation: Deputy Project Manager (On Fixed Term Contract Basis)
2. Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 25,000 to 45,000 per month (Deputy Manager). (The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
3. Essential: MBBS/ BDS/ BHMS/BAMS with Masters in Public Health
4. Experience: One year Experience in menstrual hygiene Management projects
5. Tasks:
(i) The Deputy Project Manager has to run the public health project cell independently with financial sustainability. He/ she has to develop and implement a revenue generating plan for M-Cup cell and run it successfully. The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Also the incumbent must be willing to travel any part of the country / abroad as per the project requirements.
(ii) Conducting assessment of public health requirements/ government schemes.
(iii) Analyzing data collected from public domain.
(iv) Formulating and implementing strategies.
(v) Engagement with external agencies and Laisoning with various funding agencies/ Govt. bodies.
(vi) Preparing proposals and dealing with funding agencies and govt./ non-Govt agencies
(vii) Documentation work
(viii) Developing resources and team building
(ix) Any other works allotted from time to time.
Pay Scale:
INR
25000 - 45000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Maximum Age: 45 Years as on 01/12/2021
