Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

  • Essential Qualification: Minimum of 60% marks or equivalent GPA in Masters in Physics / Astronomy and Astrophysics / Geology / Geophysics / Earth Science / Chemistry / Mathematics / Computer or M.Tech. or M.E with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or equivalent.
  • Desirable: 1. Proficiency in python/programming, 2. Knowledge in Spectroscopy/Physical-chemistry/Mineralogy/Geochemistry.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Age relaxation as per GOI rules).

Selection Process

The selection will be based on an Online/Offline Interview.
