Eligibility for Senior Project Engineer

  • Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering + M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Desirable Qualification: Masters in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Machine Design, Design of Structures and Computational Analysis.
  • Desirable Experience: (i) Computer-aided design and modeling of structures (ii) Numerical modeling of structures using ANSYS (iii) Design of jigs and fixtures.
  • Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 35 years.

Selection Process

Applications will be screened, and eligible candidates will be called for an Interview at the Biomedical Technology Wing of the Institute at Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram. Depending on the number of candidates, a written test of a qualifying nature may be conducted for initial screening. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
