Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Training and Placement Officer:
- Education: Two-year Post Graduate Degree in Management (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM / PGDBM) in Human Resources or related disciplines such as Marketing, HRM, Corporate Communication, or equivalent.
- Experience (Desirable): Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Training & Placement Cell of a reputed academic institution.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 20th October 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines/norms.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their educational qualification and relevant work experience as submitted in the application.
- Test and/or Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and/or personal interview as decided by the selection committee.
