Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience as Professor in a reputed educational institute equivalent to IITs, with a record of guiding Ph.D. students.
• Administrative Experience: Minimum of five years' administrative experience and leadership qualities to head an Institution of National Importance.
• Age Limit: Should not be more than 65 years of age, preferably less than 60 years on the last day of application.
