Educational Qualification:
Administrative Assistant: Candidate should have passed a bachelor's degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; with have about three years experience in the field of administrative work in the Government / Government undertaking / Board / Corporation / Local bodies / University or Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Head Clerk, Class III in the State Government.

Administrative Officer: Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; and have about three years experience in any administrative cadre not below the rank of Head Clerk, Class III, in the subordinate services under the Commissionerate of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education and Research, Gujarat State, OR have about three years experience in any administration in the Government / Government undertaking Board Corporation Local bodies/ University or Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Head Clerk, Class III in the subordinate services under the Commissionerate of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education and Research, Gujarat State.

Office Superintendent: Possess a Bachelor Degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Senior Clerk: Possess a Bachelor Degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Junior Clerk:
[A] Possess passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination conducted by Secondary and /or Higher Secondary Education Board or possess an equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Government.
[B] Should have a speed of not less than 5000 key Depressions per hour with accuracy for data entry work in English and Gujarati.
[C] Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967.

Personal Secretory: Possess a Bachelor Degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other education institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Head Clerk: Possess a bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre is one of the largest institutes in the world, based on three pillars of service, education and research, catering the needs of all classes of patients with kidney diseases. It is located in Civil Hospital Campus, Asarwa, Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat of India. The institute was established on October 7, 1981 on an auspicious ninth day of Navratri. Institute of Transplantation Sciences was established as its sister institute in the year of 1997. Today it stands on the western end of the civil hospital campus, occupying an area of 15,000 sq. mts and total built up area of 20,000 sq. mts, it can boast to be largest tertiary care center of its kind in the world. It has 400 indoor beds for Nephrology, Urology and Transplantation.

The primary objective of the institute is to establish, operate, promote, run and manage institutions engaged in service, education and research pertaining to the field of Nephrology, Urology, Transplantation, Hematology, Autoimmune and Genetic disorders.

The institute has been registered under Societies Registration Act as vide no. Guj/1232/Ahmedabad dated 29.11.1986 and is registered as a public trust vide no. F/1173/Ahmedabad dated 29.11.1986. The institute is recognized as Institute of National Importance by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.
